Google reCAPTCHA may process technical and interaction data for security, fraud prevention, spam prevention, and abuse prevention. Where applicable, Google processes reCAPTCHA Customer Data as our processor under the relevant Google Cloud terms.

We keep your account data until you request deletion or your account is inactive for more than 24 months. Analytics and technical data are retained for up to 26 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
