Product labels, ingredients and nutrition values may change over time. We calculate nutrition information using the product information available to us at the time of creating or updating a recipe, but we cannot guarantee that a product’s formulation, ingredients or nutrition label will remain the same.

Any nutrition descriptions such as “high protein”, “source of fibre”, “low fat”, “low sugar” or similar are used where we believe the recipe meets the relevant nutrition claim criteria at the time of publication or update. These descriptions are for general information only and should not be understood as personalised dietary advice.
